 Post-Masters Family Nurse Practitioner
• 2+ year program for Adult/Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioners seeking eligibility to take National Certification Examination for Family Nurse Practitioner • Must possess a master's degree • Minimum 3.2 GPA to apply

Admissions Criteria

2. Copy of RN License
3. Essay (include in online application only)
4. MSN Ethical Dilemma Case Study Essay (read the case study then type answer on this form)
5. Resume (include in online application only)
6. 3 Letters of Recommendation (click for required form)

8. Proof of Professional Liability Insurance
9. Copy of CPR Card

Principal Endorsement 
• For Master's degree holders who have their Supervisory Endorsement • Must have three (3) years of successful teaching experience under Provisional and/or Standard certificate •  Minimum 3.0 GPA when a GPA of 4.00 equals to an A grade in a baccalaureate degree program, higher degree program or in a State-approved post-baccalaureate certification program with a minimum of 13 semester hours.
